Descripción This Article shows the tendency of the beneficiaries of the Pass-u, (Universal educational social assistance program) that the attention to the beneficiaries is not the most adequate, since the process of delivery of the checks is delayed, not very orderly and shows a notable difference towards some people known to the staff in relation to the rest that are in line, which indicates that a reengineering of the care system is required on the part of the administration in charge of managing the subsidies.

Descripción Este Artículo muestra la tendencia de los beneficiarios del Pase-u, (Programa de asistencia social educativa universal) de que la atención a los beneficiarios no es la más adecuada, dado que el proceso de entrega de los cheques es demorado, poco ordenado y se muestra una diferencia notable hacia algunas personas conocidas por el personal en relación con el resto que está en fila, lo cual indica que se requiere una reingeniería del sistema de atención de parte de la administración encargada del manejo de los subsidios.
