Descripción The decade 1980 – 1990 was particularly difficult for Universidad de El Salvador (UES) due to all the military interventions and socio-political issues in the country that undoubtedly affected the dynamics and development of the university. Professors, students, administrators and all employees at UES are committed to rescuing and enhancing the position of the university in the country’s daily life, this is in science development and in the vision of it. That is why, since the analysis carried out, the objective set is to propose alternative solutions to the specific situation the university is facing nowadays.
Descripción La década 1980 – 1990, fue particularmente difícil para la Universidad de El Salvador (UES), por las múltiples intervenciones militares y situaciones sociopolíticas en el país que, inevitablemente afectaron la dinámica y desarrollo universitario. Los docentes, estudiantes, directivos y trabajadores de manera general de la UES, tenemos el compromiso de rescatar y potenciar la posición de la universidad en la vida del país, en el desarrollo de la ciencia y en la visión que se tiene de ella. Es por ello que el objetivo propuesto desde los análisis que se realiza es proponer alternativas de solución ante la situación concreta que vive la universidad hoy.
