Descripción In this research we will carry out a dogmatic and normative analysis of the special contentious-administrative process for the protection of human rights in the Panamanian legislation, which has its genesis in the early nineties by a bill presented by the magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice in exercise of their constitutional power as guarantors of the rights of the administered, with the purpose of restoring or repairing a right violated by means of administrative acts. This process has as its main objective the safeguard of justiciable human rights; in this sense, we make a brief explanation of what we understand by justiciable human rights, which are those justiciable rights enforceable before our jurisdictional bodies, and we conclude with the analysis of the characteristics and procedural assumptions of admissibility of the claim presented by this type of processes before the Third Chamber of the Contentious-Administrative in Panama
Descripción En la presente investigación realizaremos un análisis dogmático y normativo del proceso especial contencioso administrativo de protección de los derechos humanos en la legislación patria, el cual tiene su génesis a principios de la década de los años noventa por un proyecto de ley presentado por los magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en ejercicio de su potestad constitucional como garantes de los derechos de los administrados, con el objeto de restablecer o reparar un derecho violado por medio de actos administrativos. Este proceso tiene como principal objetivo la salvaguarda de los derechos humanos justiciables; en ese sentido, hacemos una breve explicación de lo que entendemos por derechos humanos justiciables, cuáles son aquellos derechos justiciables exigibles ante nuestros organismos jurisdiccionales, y concluimos con el análisis de las características y presupuestos procesales de admisibilidad de la demanda que presentan este tipo de procesos ante la Sala Tercera de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en Panamá
