Descripción The emergence of new software engineering technologies sets the pace of social evolution and it is not as surprising as it used to be. Everyday news of digital technologies put at the service of human beings appears. This is the case of Chatbots for immediate interaction, a disruptive technology that is in the middle of the social-ethical debate because its latest evolution revolutionized human-computer interaction in the field of linguistic reflexive communication. The article presented is an analysis of the evolution and the social and productive impact of AI-based chatbots, which mimic and construct texts very close to human reflection. It was carried out through scientific papers selected from the network with the support of academic search engines whose main conclusion is that it will transform the productive environment of businesses that are based on the production of texts.
Descripción El surgimiento de nuevas tecnologías de la ingeniería del software marca el ritmo de la evolución social y no sorprenden tanto como antes. Todos los días aparecen noticias de tecnologías digitales puestas al servicio del ser humano. Ese es el caso del Chatbots de interacción inmediata, una tecnología disruptiva que está en el medio del debate ético social pues su última evolución revolucionó la interacción humano-computador en el ámbito de la comunicación reflexiva lingüística. El artículo que se presenta es un análisis de la evolución y el impacto social y productivo de los chatbots basados en la Inteligencia Artificial, que imitan y construyen textos muy cercanos a la reflexión humana. Se realizó a través de documentos científicos seleccionados de la red con apoyo de motores académicos de búsqueda cuya principal conclusión es que transformará el entorno productivo de los negocios que se fundamentan en la producción de textos.
