Descripción Worldwide, in most countries, there are units that have to do with the registration, control and management of State assets, being the University of Panama part of the State of the Republic of Panama, it does not escape this reality, and the parameters established by the governing body, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the supervisory body, the Comptroller General of the Republic, despite the fact that there are manual that regulate these processes, the University of Panama does not have its own manuals and it is done It is imperative to implement the application of an integrated management system, which allows you to systematically evaluate the efficiency applicable to the patrimonial procedures of the University of Panama, in compliance with the different regulations and management models, as well as the achievement of the objectives and the optimization of resources. This research is expected to benefit all stakeholders in wealth management issues.
Descripción A nivel mundial, en la mayoría de los países, existen unidades que tiene que ver con el registro, control y manejo de los bienes del Estado, siendo la Universidad de Panamá parte del Estado de la República de Panamá, no escapa de esta realidad, y de los parámetros que establece el ente rector, Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, y el ente fiscalizador la Contraloría General de la República, a pesar de que existen manuales que regulan estos procesos, la Universidad de Panamá no cuenta con manuales propios y se hace imperativo implementar la aplicación de un sistema integrado de gestión, que le permita evaluar la eficiencia de forma sistemática aplicables a los trámites patrimoniales de la Universidad de Panamá, en cumplimiento de las distintas normativas y modelos de gestión, así como el logro de los objetivos y la optimización de los recursos. Se espera con esta investigación beneficiar a todas las partes interesadas en los temas de manejo del patrimonio.
