Descripción The present study has been carried out with the objective of knowing the perception of employers about the work skills acquired by graduates of the Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting and Accounting and Auditing of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting. The survey was applied to companies that request interns and in most cases these students stay working. The research is non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and correlational. The analysis of the results reflected the assessments of the skills that students acquire in the classrooms and the skills requested by the labor market and that if they do not possess them, the academic unit must take the pertinent considerations and offer this knowledge. skills and abilities that are required to obtain an updated professional in accordance with the demands of the work environment.
Descripción El presente estudio se ha realizado con el objetivo de conocer la percepción de los empleadores sobre las competencias laborales que adquirieron los egresados de las Licenciaturas en Contabilidad y Contabilidad y Auditoría de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas y Contabilidad. La encuesta fue aplicada en las empresas que solicitan practicantes y que en la mayoría de las veces estos estudiantes se quedan laborando. La investigación es de tipo no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. El análisis de los resultados reflejó las valoraciones de las competencias que adquieren los estudiantes en las aulas de clases y las competencias solicitadas por el mercado laboral y que en caso de que no las posean la unidad académica deberá tomar las consideraciones pertinentes y ofrecer estos conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas que se requieren para obtener un profesional actualizado y acorde con las exigencias del entorno laboral.
