Descripción The article presents a mathematical model based on ordinary differential equations to analyze the dynamics of the number of students in the Mathematics Education program in terms of enrollment, failure, dropout, and passing. A system of equations is established, and the critical points of the model are obtained, their stability is analyzed, and the implications of the model parameters are discussed.
Descripción El artículo presenta un modelo matemático basado en ecuaciones diferenciales ordinarias para analizar la dinámica del número de estudiantes en la Licenciatura en Docencia de Matemática en términos de su matrícula, reprobación, deserción y aprobación. Se establece un sistema de ecuaciones y se obtienen los puntos críticos del modelo, se analiza su estabilidad y se discuten las implicaciones de los parámetros del modelo.
